THE JOB:

As a Utility Houseperson, you will be responsible for setting up, inspecting, and ensuring rooms are ready for the functions. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Set banquet rooms as per diagrams and BEOs.
  • Inspect rooms to make sure rooms are clean before and after functions.
  • Ensure set-up is correct according to specifications on the floor plan and ready.
  • Refresh meeting rooms.
  • Clean and dismantle room set-ups.
  • Keep storage areas in proper order.
  • Gather all equipment needed for designated set up.
