Responsabilidades:​​

• Preparará los productos de pan de acuerdo con los cronogramas de producción y los pedidos de eventos de banquetes siguiendo las tarjetas de recetas, así como los estándares de producción, porciones y presentación; Estación de montaje y puesta a punto completa para el servicio de desayuno, almuerzo y/o cena.
• Realizará la correcta mise en place.
• Preparará alimentos con anticipación, asegurándose de no prepararlos más allá de las necesidades estimadas.
• Manipulará cuidadosamente el material de trabajo.
• Trabajará armoniosamente y profesionalmente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores.
• Interactuará con clientes en diferentes situaciones, en el caso de requerirse.

Requisitos:​​

• Profesionales recibidos en Gastronomía.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en posiciones similares.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar días y horarios rotativos, excluyente en el turno noche.
• Inglés Intermedio (deseable).
• Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y vocación de servicio.
