About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wedding Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving wedding sales and ensuring that our resort is the premier destination for weddings in Hua Hin.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed wedding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations, showcasing the resort’s wedding venues and services.
  • Negotiate and close wedding contracts, ensuring all details are addressed.
  • Oversee the wedding planning process, working closely with couples to create their dream wedding.
  • Manage a team of wedding coordinators (if applicable).
  • Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and ensure the resort’s wedding offerings are competitive.
  • Generate creative marketing initiatives to promote the resort’s wedding services.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales department by achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, preferably with a focus on weddings.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wedding industry and current trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Thai, with additional languages a plus.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
