THE JOB:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Stripsteak, our high-end, celebrity-owned establishment, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You'll ensure luxury service standards, cater to discerning clientele, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment. With your expertise in fine dining and operations, you'll drive revenue and maintain excellence in all aspects of service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Coordinate with the Chef: Maintain clear communication with the Chef regarding all food service and menu-related issues to guarantee top quality and consistency.

  • Supervise Dining Room Operations: Oversee floor service in the dining rooms during hours of operation to ensure a seamless dining experience.

  • Liaise with Management and Staff: Act as a communication hub between management, chefs, and culinary staff to address and resolve any issues or needs requested by guests and employees.

  • Manage Supplies and Inventory: Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing, and prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or support departments. Keep inventory forms and stocking areas updated.

  • Inspect Food Quality: Inspect all food items received from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience.

  • 2+ years of prior experience in Restaurant, Food & Beverage, or Front of House Operations.
