Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Pavyllon London.

Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Assistant Restaurant Manager for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. 

Your role 
With our brand-new restaurant concept, you will be a key figure head in leading the operational teams to opening and establishing our culture and service. You will report into our Director of Restaurants but work with Yannick Alléno and his team to achieve our goal of, satisfying each customer and developing guests’ loyalty.
