Your day to day

  • Maximize all conference and banquet opportunities to achieve the optimum departmental revenue.
  • Adopt proactive measures to fill function space capacity and maximize space and revenue.
  • Conduct site inspections and tour familiarizations.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of conference sales/promotional events and activities.
  • Client facing and customer service expertise, including effective and professional oral and written communication, as well as confident interpersonal interaction.
  • Monitor local competitors and compare their operation with his/her operation.
  • Solicits business and follow up on referrals and potential sales leads.
  • Establish leads and conversion of potential opportunities.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 3 years’ related experience.
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Problem solving and guest centric.
