Job Description

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Train, develop, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing the budget for the housekeeping department, controlling costs while maintaining quality.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services, providing prompt and courteous resolution.
  • Support the implementation of new cleaning procedures, technologies, and sustainable practices to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a premium hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
