Requirements

Previous experience in hotels in Administration/Accounting department.

 

Good knowledge of the accounting/administrative department, AP, AR, IA and Cost Control functions.
High level of English.
Person with initiative and leadership, capable of managing the day to day running of the department.
The tasks will be:

Reporting directly to the Finance Director of the hotel, your duties will include the day to day supervision of each of the areas of the department, maintaining the link with the operations, ensuring compliance with all policies, as well as the implementation of new policies. 
Accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, involvement in SII, tax preparation and reporting, review of accruals, preparation of reports and assisting the Finance Director in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
