Job Description
We are currently looking for an Assistant Chief Concierge to join our team of associates at Rosewood Villa Magna Madrid. Our Assistant Chief Concierges are entrusted with ensuring our guests stay is a unique and memorable by assisting in providing true insights into Madrid locals’ culture.
Key expectations of this role are:
* Assisting the Chief Concierge in managing the operations of the Concierge, Luggage Porters, Door Persons and Drivers.
* Ensuring that all guests are assisted efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Concierge related functions.
* Assisting with managing the performance of the Concierge team, ensuring the team deliver the highest quality and Rosewood brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed all guest and VIP expectations.
* Building long-lasting and genuine relationships with our guests, partners and colleagues.
* Providing our guests with in depth knowledge about the property and Madrid.
Profile:
* Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
* With a big focus on quality and the standards of the team.
* The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
* Being very organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
* Having a thorough understanding of the hotel, the surrounding area and Madrid transportation system.
* In depth knowledge of Madrid’s current dining, entertainment, shopping and art scene.
