Join our team as an Apprentice Bartender. where your primary duties include supporting the bartender and ensuring the bar's impeccable presentation. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional service will play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience.

The Job

  • Assist in drink preparation, including mixing and garnishing, to support the bartender.

  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and visual appeal of the bar area are consistently maintained.

  • Manage inventory by stocking and organizing supplies, beverages, and garnishes.

  • Perform opening and closing duties, clean equipment, and uphold a high level of customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and resolving complaints when within authority.

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Has flexible availability, capable of working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Possesses a minimum of one (1) year of apprentice bartender experience in a similar resort setting.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in handling money.

  • Is familiar with working in a similar resort environment.
