Our Open Opportunity

The Part-Time Barista ­­­­­­­is an essential member of the Adorn Bar & Restaurant team who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

The Barista is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests of our Bar & Restaurant through a positive arrival and strategic management of the floor and flow of the outlet.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Barista provides impeccable service at all times to guests in the Bar & Restaurant. They support Servers and leaders during times of service. Candidates must have extensive Food & Beverage knowledge; wine and cocktail knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Accommodate guest orders Breakdown, clean and set-up of Stir and its adjacent areas. This include front of house, back of house and seating areas.
• Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies
• Ability to make coffee and tea drinks at the guest requests and Four Seasons standards specifications.
• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays
