Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to F&B team
- Ensure all the paper work is accurate and well presented
- Meeting daily with the Director of Food & Beverage
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for Director of Food & Beverage and other senior members of the management team
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Well-versed with MS Office application
