Job Description

Brown’s Hotel is London’s first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1837. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Located in Mayfair, we are just moments away from the famed Bond Street boutiques, Dover Street Market, The Royal Academy of Arts and many independent art galleries.

The Position

We are looking for talented individuals as a Waiter/Waitress for our pre-opening of our After Dark Jazz nights starting October within The Drawing Room on a Part-time, fixed term contract for 3 months (October 2024 to December 2024).

• 18 hours per week
• (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)
• Shift times: 6pm – 12pm

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will join our team of outstanding floor staff to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressured fine dining environment. You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discrete, sensitive standards of service.

Your ability to work in a timely manner, efficient manner, learn quickly and enthusiastically and adhere to our exceptional standards will define your success in the role.
