- To responsible for establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with regular Korean customers in hotel and Phokeethra Country Club (PCC)
- Develop and execute sales strategies in new business opportunities and achieving sales targets in Korean Market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the PCC golf course and benefits
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to PCC Golf members and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements in hotel and golf sales.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Work closely with Golf Operation Manager, sales & marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to be able to explain and sell services and facilities to clients.
- Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative programs in terms of tournament and other events for PCC.
- Must be native in Korean with strong communication skills and fluent in English for communication in Korea (oral & written) .
- Knowledge of the Korean market with connections to hotel and golf industry.
