- Report on the hotels’ website – traffic and revenue generation, promotional content display
- Review the hotel’s content and images through conducting regular website audits
- Assist with the management of social media (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Flickr etc) and create social media content plans
- Prepare paid campaigns for social media in partnership with the Area Digital Marketing Manager
- Monitor various media for positive and negative comments and discussions about the Hotel (Tripadvisor, Blogs, Forums)
- Drive the marketing and communication of the Hotel’s CSR commitments
- Partake in local CSR events such as city clean-ups
- Identify opportunities related to CSR for Talent & Culture team
- Prepare a monthly Concierge Newsletter
- Create brochures and flyers to promote F&B Events
- Update Sales Presentations and collaterals
- Prepare monthly eNewsletters about hotel events
- Manage the email database and input additional contacts
- Prepare collaterals for sales team to assist in the promotion of events
- Call/text external partners and guests to inform them of events
- Ensure brand compliance with Sofitel guidelines
- Assist in the roll-out in new initiatives from regional team
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing (or currently studying in Master Degree).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Asana and Adobe Design Suite favourable
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good presentation and influencing skills
