• Develops and implements cost control strategies and policies.
• Prepares and analyzes budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitors and analyzes cost variances to identify trends and potential issues.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and recommends implementation.
• Collects and analyzes cost data to support decision-making.
• Ensures adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Provides financial analysis and support to department managers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduction goals.
• Stays up-to-date with financial trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, budgeting software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
