Job Description

Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking experienced and energetic Food & Beverage professionals to join our team on a Part Time basis.

Reporting to our Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for assisting guests, and creating an amazing experience for all of our patrons. You will be expected to have knowledge of our food and beverage lists, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons. Having your RSA will be required, and knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.

You will be a highly energetic individual who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our patrons. You will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to focus on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times. You will pride yourself on your strong communication skills, and be efficient at problem solving. Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment. You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
