Annual Salary – $73,348 per annum + benefits

What will you do
- Work across all Food & Beverage outlets including our restaurant, bar and conference & events
- Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver excellent & professional guest service at all times
- Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to
- Implement and maintain standards relating to food hygiene, brand standards, stock control and OHS
- Manage Food & Beverage employees including rostering, training and performance management
What you need to be successful
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team to achieve excellent & efficient service
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills across a range of departments, guests and employees
