Job Description

The Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport and Rosemont is looking for a dynamic complex Sales & Marketing Analyst to join their amazing team!

What will I be doing?

As a complex Sales & Marketing Analyst you will manage and assess all incoming group sales leads to aid the sales team’s efforts to increase group sales and improve sales conversion rates. Analyze viability and attractiveness of all leads based on space availability (including flexibility around dates), rate requirements, rooms-to-space ration, need periods, etc. Prioritize and distribute qualified leads to sales managers with all information needed to quickly work the leads. The process of qualification is imperative to move through the sales process quickly without spending effort or time on business with low probable conversion. Respond to group leads and provide a preliminary outline/rate quote as well as refer unviable leads to well suited properties through SCOUT. Manage lead databases and track quantity and quality of lead flow over time to identify lead flow trends.

You will also:

    • Create bookings, proposals, and respond to customers via telephone or email correspondence.
    • Interface with revenue management to determine potential rate/revenue quotations
    • Provide assistance to ADOSM and sales team with variety of special projects (data analysis, statistics, and other various tasks as needed)
