Regional Manager, Revenue Management – Core Brands

The ChoiceROCS team is responsible for driving revenue performance to our hotels by providing best-in-class revenue management consulting services. Your Responsibilities

  • Drive program revenue performance at property, geography, and brand level.

  • Identify and implement cross-property, regional, or brand strategies to continuously improve hotel-level performance and to improve overall program performance and ROI.

  • Assist in maturing the revenue management program elements, support structure, revenue management reporting, and tools needed to support best-in-class revenue management practices and decision-making.

  • Execute an ongoing cycle of hotel and portfolio service level reviews; implement portfolio growth and retention strategies; attract, retain, and engage high-value and strategic hotels.

  • Establish clear performance expectations and objectives; empower vendors to improve their own performance.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience

  • At least 3-5years’ experience in team leadership in Revenue Management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Proficient in Revenue Management Systems, Hotel Distribution Networks, Leading professional teams

  • Demonstrates key competencies, including business insight, balanced stakeholders, strategic mindset, and action orientation.

Your Team

This is a leadership role that will report to the Senor Director, Revenue Optimization. You will have no direct report(s) and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

Your Work Location

As our Regional Manager, Revenue Management, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN. Frequent nationwide travel will be required up to 20% of the time to visit conventions, franchisees, and vendors. Limited international travel.
