Job Description

Job Title: KAM B2C Connected Partners (OTA) 
Location: Warsaw, Munich, Paris, London. 
Other offices in our Europe &North Africa hub can be considered 

As the KAM B2C Connected Partners (OTA), you will be at the forefront of our global and regional OTA accounts management. You will work closely with our HUB ecommerce strategy to drive incremental profitable business to our Accor properties. We are seeking someone with a passion for sales and account management, who can build strong commercial relationships and identify revenue optimization opportunities. 

What will you do? 

  • Develop and implement account plans for managed/animated OTA accounts in line with Accor’s commercial strategy. 

  • Build action plans consistent with the overall eCommerce strategy and Accor priorities. 

  • Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and incremental business and implement action plans accordingly. 

  • Strengthen relationships with our partners by acting as the key point of contact on the ENA level for the accounts in your designated portfolio. 

  • Participate in cross-team actions and initiatives to increase awareness and expertise in the OTA segment. 



Our ideal profile would be: 

  • Hospitality and Tourism education. 

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, sales, account management, ecommerce, or hotel distribution. 

  • Understanding of online distribution and Accor distribution systems. 

  • Commercial acumen and strong account management expertise. 

  • Analytic mindset and project management skills.
