The project will include 161 fully-furnished apartments, perfect for both short and long-term stays, as well as 84 Private Residences, set along a private beach surrounded by lush gardens. Guests and residents alike will enjoy a full range of state-of-the-art amenities, including a signature restaurant by Michelin-starred chef, Joël Robuchon.

The Community & Lifestyle Lead is responsible for proposing, curating, and leading a robust and high-end calendar of events & activities designed exclusively for the residents, with the goal of creating a sense of community and a highly sought-after resident lifestyle. 

Collaborating with major cultural institutions, “celebrity” chefs, curators, journalists, academics, sport and fitness professionals, fashion and luxury brands, travel professionals, and more, to seize the pulse of the destination and beyond. 

Be a “glue” for the community, a Four Seasons cultural Ambassador. 



In collaboration with management, cohesively steer the short and long term strategy in the implementation of the Community and Lifestyle program. 

Build and lead an annual Community and Lifestyle Calendar presented as part of the annual business plan.  

Compile, monitor and manage all relevant budgets. Work alongside the Director of Residences in ensuring the budget for events is part of the annual plan, presented to Owners / HOA.  

Develop programming of events; select speakers, talents, and organizations; contact them, send invites, confirm etc. Create and update event programs and technical run timeline of each event. Follow-up post events and provide a post event report summary. 

Continuously create collaborations and strategic partnerships both locally, regionally, and nationally. 

Be an agent of creation, while fitting to the Four Seasons culture, strategy, and brand. 

Act as a local Ambassador. Promote Four Seasons lifestyle and residences through invaluable real-life connections using unique portfolio of partners and contacts. 

Work closely with the marketing and public relations department to promote the property through this program. Gather resident insights periodically and incorporate resident interest in the programming.  

Manage communication, updates and information about all lifestyle events, activities, and resources, maintain all relevant content on the FS mobile app, property newsletter and on Golden Home. 



Oversee event development processes, from initial proposal phase to onsite (and off-site) implementation.  

Oversee on-going communication with all residents.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to read, write and speak English

Russian speaker is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Experience in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or any other graphic design platforms is a plus. 

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams. 

Superior organizational and time management skills. 

Significant experience working with high profile institutions, non-profit organizations as well as luxury brands and hospitality businesses. 

Strong experience in the arts & culture partnerships and comprehensive knowledge of the local and international art scene, latest lifestyle and health trends and creative industries. 

Ability to initiate and foster relationships, persuasive communicator, and excellent interpersonal skills. 

Relevant network of contacts in the above fields as well as in fashion and luxury retail and hospitality businesses (“celebrity” chefs), journalists, travel, sport, and fitness professionals. 

Superior knowledge of special event coordination and coordination and general event operations/management from concept to planning to implementation to optimization. 

Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and oversee multiple projects successfully and meet frequent deadlines simultaneously. 

Ability to anticipate and resolve issues inherent to event planning and developing resourceful and creative solutions. 

Standard of excellence, diplomacy and attention to detail aligned with the Four Seasons culture, desire to consistently deliver high-impact customer service experience. 

Proven record for engaging individuals in the arts, and cultural institutions as well as building a community. 

Creativity to build momentum and excitement for residents with each event. 

Entrepreneurial, make-it-happen approach, resourceful, and sense of fulfillment from connecting-the-dots’ and making results happen. 

Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule based on regular business hours plus event demands (overtime, nights, weekends, and ability to travel – when necessary). 

Ability to build cohesion within a team of diverse talents and expertise in working towards the same goal in a transparent, collaborative, and organized manner while showing a strong ability to work independently (when necessary).
