JOB SUMMARY:  

Provides the bar, and bartender with supplies and items on request. Assuring that guests have a favorable experience. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Responsible for stocking bar items daily. 

Responsible to fill ice bins as needed. 

Responsible to assume duties of bartender and beverage server during breaks. 

Emptying garbage and mopping floors. 

Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests. 

Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.   

Having complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities. 

Other duties as assigned. 

MISCELLANEOUS 

Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions. 

Must be willing to take and maintain all Food & Beverage certifications. 

Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. 

Able to obtain a Nebraska State Gaming license.

Walking/Standing 55% 

Bending/Lifting 40% (up to 75 lbs.) 

Sitting 5%
