Job Description

As our Beach Village Supervisor, you will provide guidance and leadership as the Front of House Supervisor and ensures consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guest in accordance with Hilton and Curio Standards.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assign and instruct Beach Village GSA’s and Greeters in details of work. Observe performance and encourage improvement. Monitor Welcome Center and driveway to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Manage front desk operations by completing a checklist of important daily tasks, determining room and rate availability and making decisions that are in the best interest of the hotel. Assist Beach Village GSA’s, Greeters and other departments with any questions or requests.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and inquiries by conducting thorough research of the situation and the most effective resolution. Authorize revenue allowances to remedy problems only after alternative solutions have been offered.
  • Assure compliance with Hilton guidelines and Department SOP. Ensure professional service through complete training and thorough knowledge of subordinate job descriptions. Prepare and conduct daily pre-shift meetings, communicate effectively with all staff and provide them with any information necessary to provide guest service in accordance with Hilton standards.
  • Monitor performance of staff with performance evaluations and discipline issues. Make recommendations for training related issues when inconsistencies develop.
  • Inspect property and units daily, and report needed cleaning or repair to the appropriate departments.
  • Review and balance inventory daily following condo unit rotation process. Review upcoming guest requests and comments and assign reservations.

The hourly rate is $25.00/hr for this position.
