A Beach Service Team Leader is responsible for make sure the guest need is serve in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Beach Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Confirm guest registration and distribute and track inventory of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of beach area including, but not limited to, emptying used towel bins, collecting used towels and maintaining neat appearance of beach towels on shelves
  • Perform general beach-related duties, as needed
  • Assists the Manager, supervising and participating in the activities of safety and security personnel engaged in the implementation of the Properties Fire and Safety/Emergency procedures.
  • Monitor and manage the standards of customer service offered by security Colleagues to ensure that guest expectations are met and exceed using the company policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest complain with effect & immediate on the spot solution to meeting the company standards.
  • To ensure that any criminal activity does not hamper the smooth functioning of the organization.

A Beach Service Team Leader serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required
  • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous customer service experience
