Front Desk Agent
Participate in regular meetings and briefings as scheduled. Participate in any scheduled training and development programs that may improve personal or departmental standards. Register and process check-in for all arrivals and handle guest checkouts efficiently and professionally. Fulfil guest requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow-up. Guest Service Associate
Coordinate site tour requests from internal departments, schedule and book site tours reviewing requirements and liaising with requesting department and support functions to ensure seamless operations. Update tour logs with details of visits and collate statistics to report back to the Manager and Head of Fleet and Site Tours. Respond to Ad-hoc requests and be proactive in undertaking site tours and undertake any other duties/activities as assigned from time to time to meet business requirements. Ensure Protocol and other stakeholders achieve the desired level of all services. Guest Relations Trainee
