Assist furniture and appliances inventory Any maintenance concerns and feedback Inspection, maintenance of the pool, cleanliness & chemistry Follow up on internet feedback, make any necessary maintenance Inspect all fire safety-related works that take place on-premises and report Take service orders, prioritize them, and handle each order in an efficient & timely manner. Examined and diagnosed problems with air conditioning and heating units for individual apartment units or property facilities and performed any necessary maintenance or repairs. Interacted on a regular basis with leasing consultants, Property Managers,& residents. Repaired and replaced kitchen appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, microwaves, and dryers. Performed minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs and replacement/installation, including repairing leaks in toilets and sinks, and unclogging toilets as requested. Repaired and replaced light fixtures and performed other minor electrical work. Repaired locks and made other miscellaneous repairs on your assigned property. Checked systems for leaks and normal operations Supervise while preparing rooms for the new arrival. Supervise cleaning work performed by outsourcing. Inspections of all villas Repairs and maintenance follow-up. Mobilize Housing Attendant & technician. Monitoring the outside visitor and the overnight visitor. Follow up the pest control. Inspect all the linen and store it properly. Control water and electricity consumption. Follow up with garbage and make sure the contractor removes it on time. Safekeeping of the housing keys. Monitor the cleanliness of the villas. Maintain and update all housing information on notice boards. Do the departure inventory of resigning and terminate employees and ensure all the keys and items are there. Dropped Terminate employee to the airport. Receive all incoming employees from the airport and show them around the accommodation and brief them about the rules and regulations of housing. Report the need of necessary items in the housing Keep correct and update furniture, equipment, and linen inventories. Follow up with the contractors on employee accommodation. Received and resolve employee complaints. Maintain Housing occupancy roster.
