DUTY MANAGER Assists the Front office Manager in all the aspects of his duties and performs his duties in their absence To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere serviceTo identify and anticipate guests’ needs and ensure Personalized service is provided by butler team To observe and evaluate workers' appearance and service performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications To assign work schedules, following work requirements, to ensure quality and timely delivery of service & establish regular internal meetings in the department To ensure all team members have knowledge of hotel services, technology, amenities, functions & systems To ensure that all requests from guests are followed up on and report all guest requests and complaints To inform other operating departments of matters related to Butler operations To ensure VIP status is communicated To conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path To perform disciplinary actions when necessary To meet with managers or other supervisors to stay informed of changes affecting operations. To make time to interact with guests, solicit feedback and buildgood relationships.
