Responsibilities:

Reviews guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement; take appropriate Action

Responsibilities: Safety Training Records and administration. Maintain all files of Key and other systems in the Loss Prevention office in a neat and orderly manner. Conducted monthly security audits to Identify potential problems related to physical security, staff safety and asset protection. Monitoring and evaluating unit performance on key security issuers, recommending corrective action program where appropriate. Control Key issuing and updating key inventory. Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems (CCTV). Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Respond to accidents; administer first aid/CPR as required. Gather information and complete reports. Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals. Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures. Escort unwelcome persons from the property. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws. Train, motivate, and coach employees on Security & Safety related issues.
