• Developing annual hotel training plans in co-ordination with Divisional / Departmental Heads and prepare monthly Training Plans and Training Achievements report for the perusal of General Manager and Corporate Office. • Talent Acquisition • Training Budget • Performing Service Evaluations • Administering and delivering core training initiatives in compliance with Marriott International brand standards. • Arranging Statuary and Mandatory Training like HACCP, Great Food Safe Food, Fire Safety, Hazards of Smoking. • Coaching of supervisor and certified trainers of departments to accelerate their performance. • Ensuring all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. • Conducting Hashoo Foundation Hotel management course. • Setting of Key business objectives for the upcoming months. • Conducting employee orientation to the company and the hotel standard. • TNA Brand Management Role • Conducting Self Audits from Marriott International (Brand Standard Audit, Property Certification Audit, Food Safety Audit & Fire Safety Audit). • Ensuring Fully implementation of Marriott Brand Standards in the property. • Conducting Employee Engagement Activities. • Conducting Employee Engagement Survey with the coordination of international Marriott. • Training of staff on guest feedback making sure the guest receives maximum satisfaction and we make it brilliant for our guests.
