Senior Cashier
Interact with customers and receive payment in various forms including cash, credit cards, gift cards and voucher. Complete other financial transactions for customers such as issuing receipts, completing refunds and exchanges, and returning change or credit as necessary. Clean and maintain checkout areas and organize cash drawers, price sheets, and informational signage. Train and oversee junior cashiers as necessary by providing assistance during customer interactions, verifying prices, and acting according to store policy. Utilize various devices such as point-of-sales systems, credit card readers, cash registers, and calculators to tabulate bills, calculate change and create receipts.
Front Office Attendant
Welcome and greet guest and provide information regarding the services of the hotel. Maintain records of the guests by registering them and assigning rooms as per request. Handle all the phone calls and answer them in polite and pleasant tone and handle room reservation.
Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador
Promoting sales through regular visit to customer and retail merchandising. Increasing and maintining the existing customer base in the market. Maintaining good relations with the customers. Making daily sales and activity report. Ensuring the availability of the product at all retail point. Promoting products and implementing marketing campaigns. Front Office Staff/Receptionist
Assessing guest concerns especially their room reservation. Keep accurate records of which guest has arrived, or left the hotel. Prepare guest acccount when they leave the hotel including their bill from other outlets such as restaurant. Greet guest upon arrival at the hotel. Make a good impression a warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere in the reception area. Cashiering/take payments from the guest in cash, or debit/credit card from walk-in and unpaid reservation.
Membership Associate
Manages reception area and ensures that only members and escorted guests can enter the space. Answers telephone calls directed to A2A. In-charge of conference rooms reservations and ensures all charge slips are encoded at the end of the shift. Generate monthly report regarding the space patronage. Handles any A2A concerns and oversee smooth flow of the space.
