Support for colleagues and guests in the IT field. * Administration, maintanance, update: - Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016. AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-v; - Local area network (about 80 workstations and more than 20 network devices); - Hotel and restaurant systems (233 rooms, restaurant, lobby bar, room service PMS Opera Hotel System, Micros 9700); - Warehouse and accounting programs 1C, Rarus, Egais. - ACS and locks systems(Parsec, Onity). - Network equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik, Avaya, Motorola). - Wi-Fi guest authorization systems - Office equipment, fiscal devices, acquiring systems, POS, workstations, uninterruptible power supply systems. * Planning the direction of development of information infrastructure and budget of the department; * Setting tasks, leadership, control and collaboration with a junior IT specialist and IT department trainees, consultations and trainings for employees; * 24/7 technical support; * Negotiations, setting tasks, monitoring and coordinating work with suppliers and contractors. Joint work and subsequent acceptance of the result of the work performed; * Elaboration, conclusion and maintenance of contracts with suppliers of services or goods in the IT segment of the business. Progress: - Numerous changes in the information infrastructure in order to optimize and update it without long interruptions in the operation of systems. - Upgrading the entire fleet of workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10, replacing more than half of the stations. - Replacement of the entire network infrastructure of the hotel. - Implementation of a new firewall. - Transfer of the kitchen printing system to IP. - Implementation of the system of authorization and identification of users in the Wi-Fi network
